Birubi Point Community Preschool is a community based not-for-profit preschool focusing on children, families and education.
We provide high quality care and education for 24 children per day aged three to five years. The preschool operates Monday to Friday from 9:15am to 3:15pm on a four term year, the same as state schools and does not operate on public or school holidays.
Experienced and dedicated educators provide a stimulating and challenging environment appropriate to the needs of the individual child through play and discovery.
The preschool has close links with local schools which enable us to provide a successful transition to school. We pride ourselves on our school readiness program.
Birubi Point Community Preschool is the first Early Childhood Service on the Tomaree Peninsula to implement PEDS - Parents Evaluation of Developmental Status. PEDS is an evidence based screening tool used by parents to assist staff in determining the developmental needs of their children.
